Voters impacted by the Maui wildfires urged to update their voter registration

Maui voters impacted by the August 2023 wildfires are urged to check and update their voter registration ahead of the 2024 Elections. Election officials want to remind voters that ballots are sent to their mailing address associated with their voter registration, so checking that their mailing address is current will ensure that their 2024 Primary and General Election ballots are successfully delivered. “We understand that this is a difficult time for the impacted communities, but we want to ensure that they can still exercise their right to vote by reminding voters to keep their voter registration up to date,” said Chief Election Officer Scott Nago.
