Every Philly polling place will soon be accessible

This November, for the first time, every polling place in Philadelphia will be accessible to voters with physical disabilities and mobility issues. It’s an unexpected effect — call it collateral benefit — of the city’s purchasing new touchscreen voting machines that critics argue are expensive and less secure than alternatives.
