Election Software and Systems, the largest voting machine company in the United States, failed to catch errors they configured into Northampton County’s new voting machines, leading to widespread problems this Election Day. Adam Carbulido, a senior vice president with ES&S, said a lack of training and oversight led to tabulation errors in Northampton County’s cross-filed races.
