Lancaster County mail-in ballot dropbox returned after judge weighs in

The Lancaster County mail-in ballot dropbox is now back inside the doors of the county’s administrative building. This is in response to a judge’s order in a lawsuit by the ACLU of Pennsylvania and two Lancaster County residents who said county commissioners violated the Sunshine Act when they decided not to use the dropbox for Tuesday’s primary election.
